  • No, we do not offer any subscription plans, so you will never be auto-billed. Every order is week by week and the cutoff is always Saturday at 11:59 pm. We send out weekly reminders on Saturday so that you can place your order. You can submit an order in under 3 minutes, which leaves you with 1,437 minutes to do whatever you'd like with the rest of your day.

  • Yes, we do. 90% of our meals can be adjusted to make them Keto friendly. We will take out the starchy carbs and replace them with double vegetable and then add a healthy fat such as raw olive oil, raw coconut oil or avocado to make your meal as Keto friendly as possible. Just make sure to add in the special-order notes, “Make all meals Keto”.

  • Yes, they are. Macro-nutrients can be found on our website when you click on menu items and are also provided on the labels on your meal containers amongst heat times and special instructions.

  • At this time, we do not offer vegan menu items. However, we will be adding such items to our menu in the future so that we can cater to all of our plant-based clients.

  • Deliveries go out every Monday at 4 pm. Please make sure that someone will be present to receive your order. Each driver takes 8 deliveries at a time. Our delivery driver will contact you via text message when they're en route. All of our deliveries are stored in insulated, keep cool bags with ice blankets underneath to assure your food stays fresh. You will receive your order no later than 8pm pacific time. If you are not available to receive your order, please keep a cooler by the entrance to your home and we will provide a generous bag of ice free of charge.

  • Yes, you can. You can pick up your order every Monday between 9 am - 4 pm. You also will not be charged the $7 Delivery fee at checkout.

  • You cannot schedule a specific delivery time, as we use the highest level of technology to sort out our routes. Deliveries go out every Monday at 4 pm. You will receive your order no later than 8 pm pacific time.
